This Downtown Pismo Beach listing is for the entire Triplex in the heart of downtown.  The property is three ocean view units.  Come stay at one of the best located and nicest ocean view properties in all of downtown Pismo Beach.  Together these three units offer 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, offering three kitchens, many three of everything!  It's great for large groups. 

 La Casita de Amelia (Condo A) is a beautiful 2 BR/2.5 bath, La Casita de Bailyn (Condo B) is a 2 BR/2.5 bath and the larger La Casita de Colton (Condo C) is a 3 BR/3 bath.  Each has a private entrance, two car private garage, washer and dryer and many more amenities.  By renting all three ocean view Condos guests can gather and be together when they wish and later when quiet or privacy is desired guests can retreat to their own spaces.  Guests are walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, pier, bowling, parks and just about anything else guests choose to do.   Some may want to stay in with little ones, or walk out at ones leisure.  Guests can come and go as they please.  Summer weekends have a 3 night minimum, depending on the dates, special event, etc.  Off season we do consider 2 night minimums or longer term stays.   Always ask!

Condo A, or otherwise known as La Casita de Amelia.  This treasure is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath with a gas log fireplace in the family room.  There is a nice L shaped ocean view deck off the front of the condo, off the family room.  The deck has a loveseat and tables so guests can enjoy sitting and taking in the views. There is also a flat screen in the family room, and one both in the master bedroom Cal King Room and guest Queen room.  The two bedrooms have one bath inside the queen room and then a full bath off the master king room. There is a full kitchen off the large family room.  The family room has a sofa and large wide chair and ottoman, dining table seats six. The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home and maybe more.

Condo B  is named La Casita de Bailyn, within the Tres Tesoros Tri-Plex complex.  Tres Tesoros means three treasures.  This treasure has two bedrooms/2.5 bath with a nice family room with a flat screen TV. There is also a flat screen in both the master bedroom Cal King Room and guest Bunk Room with an additional single bed.  These two bedrooms have their own guest bathrooms inside the bedrooms. There is a full kitchen off the family room.  The family room has a sofa and and additional ottoman that makes into a twin bed.  The dining table seats six. The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home and maybe more. 

Condo C  is named La Casita de Colton, within the Tres Tesoros Tri-Plex complex.  Tres Tesoros means three treasures.  This treasure has three bedrooms/3 bath with a nice family room with a flat screen TV. There 

is also a flat screen in both the master bedroom Cal King Room and guest Queen room and Bunk Room with an additional single bed.  The King and Queen have their own bathrooms within the bedrooms.  The bunk room shares a full bath with the main living area. There is a full kitchen off the family room.  The family 

family room has a sofa, several swivel chairs, ottoman that opens to the deck.  The dining table seats six with a table leaf located in the FR closet . The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home and maybe more.
