The pool is NOT heated and heating is not available. Pool temperature early May through September is typically in the high 70's to low 80's but this is not a guarantee. Hot tub is heated year round and included with your stay. Pool area is fenced with self closing gates.

Victorian Manor is not a party house! We want our guests to have a memorable stay and certainly have fun but at the same time be respectful of the home and our neighbors. Outside quiet time is 10:00 p.m. If you are looking for a party house, please continue looking.
