Perfect Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We loved being just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants without needing to cross any streets. The balcony was a great place to relax, read, and enjoy the ocean view We'd definitely stay here again!

Great condo and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs/toys, good shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms! Would highly recommend! Can’t beat the location.

Lovely beach access / ocean view home. Clean, better than online photos (and online photos are pretty good). Two car garage, jet tub, great living spaces, etc. Close to everything. Visiting Cal Poly SLO for college tours, and was a great family vacation site / location as well.

Great location! Great beach amenities (beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels). Wonderful beds, bathrooms, kitchen! Loved the location 50 yards from the promenade .No air conditioning, but the fans and cool beach air were good for May. We stayed 5 nights and last ve Avila Beach. Be aware of the dumpster noise early in the morning on trash days
