"Turquoise Tiki Avila Beach" 3 bd/2 bath, sleeps 8

We had such a great stay here! This was our second time staying at the Turquoise Tiki, and it’s just that great. Avila is such a cute, quiet, and quaint town, perfect for a relaxing weekend away yet close enough to other towns to explore the area a bit more. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and all the beachfront shops, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable. The home itself has the best vibe, super beachy, calm, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. It truly feels like a little escape. Everything was extremely clean and well thought out, and the home had everything we needed, from games to coffee and even toiletries, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The hosts were beyond helpful and very quick to respond to any questions, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back, coastal stay!

Hacienda Rental’s representatives David & Melissa and the owners of the Turquoise Tiki Home in Avila Beach, CA made our stay there an OASIS of a vacation! The location is excellent - the beach, pier, swing sets, children's playground, a nice little aquarium are just a short block away (as well as a few specialty shops for coffee, ice cream, wine, beer & dinner along the waterfront). A bonus was the Harford Pier just a few miles north where pelicans fished, sea lions basked in the sun and sea otters gracefully plied the waters in search of their daily sustenance. The home, decorated with personality & charm exudes comfort. The light filled upper floor offers treetop views of life in a beachside community. While the game room, board games, outdoor games & beach gear provided all make getting together there even more fun. Hacienda Rentals representatives - David & Melissa - were great at communicating & making themselves available if needed. If the opportunity ever arises we would definitely love to stay at the Turquoise Tiki & arrange a rental with them again! Thank you!!!

This house is a simply lovely home that is well appointed with everything you need to make family memories that last a lifetime. Avila Beach is a tranquil place with extraordinary sunsets. We were blessed with amazing weather for thanksgiving week and felt so lucky to stay in this special home. Thank you to the hosts who were so attentive and thorough. We will definitely come again.
