The location of the house is within walking distance to the beach. There is a private driveway that fits two cars. The downstairs has two of the bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, and game room! The second story has the primary bedroom, kitchen, living room, and deck. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, and coffee!!!! It was amazing to get away here.

We had a great time. The house was roomy and well stocked.

My family had such a blast staying at this property. There were 6 adults, one teen, and one baby, and the house was so well stocked with anything we could’ve needed. I didn’t need to pack so much because they had everything! The hosts were very communicative and kind. My family will remember this trip forever, and I hope to be back for another stay next summer.

We had such a wonderful stay over Mother’s Day weekend! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with family. The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy all that Avila has to offer. Kid/family friendly.The host was fantastic with communication and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We created so many special memories during our stay and truly felt at home. Our kids didn't want to leave.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable trip to Avila Beach!

We had such a great stay here! This was our second time staying at the Turquoise Tiki, and it’s just that great. Avila is such a cute, quiet, and quaint town, perfect for a relaxing weekend away yet close enough to other towns to explore the area a bit more. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and all the beachfront shops, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable. The home itself has the best vibe, super beachy, calm, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. It truly feels like a little escape. Everything was extremely clean and well thought out, and the home had everything we needed, from games to coffee and even toiletries, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The hosts were beyond helpful and very quick to respond to any questions, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back, coastal stay!
